GEHRINGER MECHANICAL

WILL PERFORM FALL INSPECTION WITH HEAT CONTRACT

WILL PERFORM SPRING INSPECTION WITH A/C CONTRACT

YOUR TUNE-UP and INSPECTION WILL INCLUDE

GAS BURNER
· Clean burners
· Check gas pressure at gas valve
· Check ignition
· Check hot surface ignitor or pilot

OIL BOILER AND OIL FURNACE
· Vacuum oil burner or furnace
· Change oil filter and nozzle
· Check pump screen
· Clean and adjust burner
· Set up

AIR CONDITIONING and HEAT PUMP
· Start and check system operation
· Check operation of compressor
· Inspect fan blade
· Check all wiring in unit
· Check voltage and amp, draw of equipment
· Clean condensate lines
· Check operation of condensate pump

GENERAL
· Check heat exchanger for cracks
· Check flue pipe for corrosion
· Check belts for excessive wear
· Oil and lube all motors and pulleys
· Check safety switch
· Change air filter (supplied by owner)

We will complete service report with any recommendations.

NOTE:  All refrigerant will be handled in compliance with the law. 

PREVENTED MAINTENANCE 
SERVICE AGREEMENT

Gehringer Mechanical will inspect your heating and A/C equipment.  All work will be performed by a trained and qualified technician.  We look forward to serving all your heating and A/C needs.

NOTE:  Not included in the cost of the Preventative Maintenance Agreement is the costs of any parts necessary to keep equipment operational.

To Purchase a maintenance agreement, return a signed agreement with payment. Please indicate your equipment.  A copy of your signed agreement will be returned to you with your receipt.  Please call our office prior to any needed maintenance.

Gehringer Mechanical reserves the right to reject any agreement upon visually inspecting the system prior to an agreement.
